Refund Policy

General Refund Terms

We offer full refunds minus any transaction or processing fees (3%) charged by the payment provider. Refunds are processed only under the specific conditions outlined below and must be requested in writing to [email protected].


Property Acquisition Services

You are eligible for a refund only until the property is officially placed under contract.

  • Once a property is under contract (even if closing is pending), no refunds will be issued.

  • The refund will be the full amount you paid minus transaction fees (3%) incurred during payment processing.


Construction Services

You may request a refund only before the construction process has officially started.

  • Once construction begins (including material purchases or contractor scheduling), refunds are no longer eligible.

  • The refund will be the full amount you paid minus transaction fees (3%).


Tenant Placement Services

You are eligible for a refund only until the tenant screening process has started or we have shared the first tenant application with you.

  • Once the first prospective tenant application has been delivered, the service is considered initiated, and no refund will be available.

  • Any eligible refund before this stage will be issued minus transaction fees (3%).


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your full name

  • Service purchased

  • Date of payment

  • Reason for refund request

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
